Can ADHD can be caused by Child Abuse?

hey guys… im kinda wondering
i has been diagnostis as ADHD and During that time I had a rough time in my life and soo that rough time which is abuse soo I am kinda wondering that Could Child abuse cause ADHD? I know ADHD is also genetic but it also be another cause but i just wanna know Could Child abuse be the cause?

Usually the cause is genetic. Child abuse is not a causal factor. It can create an environment that makes a controlling parent more likely to abuse, since the child lack a certain amount of impulse control with ADHD.

Can having ADHD as a child cause episodes of Depersonalization ?

because my mom and I are pretty sure that I’ve had ADHD since I was 3 or younger….does that cause (in some cases) experience with depersonalization and derealization and why? thanks!!
